Writing scripts that blended science, news and entertainment, for two years our primary content strategy was to scale e-commerce sales by growing our dedicated fan base with all major content platforms and targeted ads. Emphasizing the functionality of our product, we created hundreds of original pieces of content that revealed our founder’s passion for mushrooms, in order to establish ourselves as the go-to source for mushroom news, culture, and best-in-class product.

Campaign: Bizzarro
High noon in the hot Albertan summer: to celebrate a new inventory of clever and edgy canned wines, Garneau Block wanted a video showing a standoff between you and a deliciously designed can of natural wine on a hot summer’s day. Highlighting the attractive Bizzarro label and paying homage to our rural Alberta Western-infused roots, this reel was one of GB’s best projects to date.

In collaboration with Rosewood Foods, a culinary staple of the Edmonton downtown core, Garneau Block wanted a library of Instagram stories to announce a new product line to their already impressive roster of natty wines. The ever-stylish team showed their best selves to substantiate the personalities behind the ingenious Garneau Block brand.

Featuring a collaboration with Calgary-based photographer Josh Prashad, ICYT wanted a promo video to tease the upcoming release of their silk-cotton blend bandana and t-shirt. Featuring a repeating basketball court print, the video is a reference to the life lessons learned from the sport and lifestyle that underlies Josh's creative work.

A typical ICYT event: awesome sponsors (Remy Martin), eclectic DJ’s, and great company. We wanted to highlight the peak of the night for a recap on social media, and to generate content to use in a pre-announcement for the upcoming collaboration between ICYT and Victoria-based artist collective, Casa Montego.
